Let's build something
Custom work is most of what I do. Tell me what you carry and how you carry it, and I'll tell you honestly what I'd make and what it would cost.

Nothing here is binding. It just starts the conversation.
Or just say hello
Other ways to reach me
If a form feels like too much, email or DM works just as well. I'm the only one reading either.
Most custom jobs start with someone telling me what doesn't fit in the bag they already own.
What makes a good brief
- What goes in it, specifically: laptop size, how many cards, how many tools
- How you'll carry it: shoulder, hand, belt, pocket
- Any deadline, so I can tell you straight away if it's possible
- A rough budget, so I don't design something you didn't want to spend
- Photos of pieces you like, and pieces you don't

How custom work goes
It depends on size, hardware, and how much stitching is involved. Those three things drive nearly all of it. Send a description and I'll give you a real number before anything gets cut. No obligation on either side until you say go.
On larger custom builds, yes. Usually half up front to cover the hide and hardware, and the balance before it ships. Smaller pieces are paid in full up front. I'll spell it out in the quote, not in fine print.
Two to three weeks for something close to a pattern I already have. A design from scratch takes longer, because it means drafting a pattern and cutting a test version first. I'll give you a real date, and I'll tell you if it slips.
Absolutely, sketches on napkins included. If I think a detail won't hold up in leather, I'll tell you why and suggest an alternative. It's your piece, but you're paying for my opinion too.
Yes, but email me first so I can quote the postage properly. Customs and duties are the buyer's responsibility, which is worth knowing before you order rather than after.
Made-to-order and personalised pieces can't be returned just because you changed your mind, because they were cut specifically for you. If I got the brief wrong or the work isn't right, that's different, and I'll make it right. See the full terms.
